BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 16717, Section 84, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

Of this appropriation, $1,500,000 in expenditures and fifteen FTEs from the land use, building or fire marshal divisions shall not be expended or encumbered after
