      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and Washington State Nurses Association (Staff Nurses) representing employees in the department of public health and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2004, through and including December 31, 2006.
