      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and two memoranda of understanding negotiated between King County and Service Employees International Union, Public Safety Employees, Local 519 (Communications Specialists) representing employees in the sheriff's office and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2005, through and including December 31, 2005.
