AN ORDINANCE making a net supplemental appropriation of $26,952,134 to two non-current expense funds, including a supplemental appropriation of $2,815,286 to the marine division and $24,136,848 to the King County flood control contract fund and deleting a current expense fund proviso for cable communications; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Sections 27, 92, 112 and 130, as amended, and Attachment B, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. From the flood control contract fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $24,136,848 to King County flood control contract fund to implement capital contracts, and from the marine division operating fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $2,815,286 to the marine division to implement operational and capital programs, and deleting a proviso for cable communications in the current expense fund. The King County flood control capital contract fund is disappropriated from the general government capital improvement section.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 15975, Section 27, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

Of this appropriation, $30,900 shall not be expended or encumbered until the council adopts legislation declaring the county's policy priorities to guide the county in its negotiations on cable system franchise agreement in unincorporated King County.))
SECTION 3. Ordinance 15975, Section 92, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
