AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $4,792,500 to human services levy for reappropriation from 2007; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Section 74, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  From the human services levy fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $4,792,500 to human services levy for reappropriation from 2007.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15975, Section 74, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      HUMAN SERVICES LEVY - From the human services levy fund there is hereby

appropriated to:

      Human services levy      $4,792,500
