A MOTION approving the report entitled Police Services for Unincorporated King County; establishing the level of police service in unincorporated King County as requested in the 2004 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14797, Sections 13 and 16.

      WHEREAS, on November 24, 2003, the metropolitan King County council adopted the 2004 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14797, and

      WHEREAS, the office of management and budget, working in conjunction with the sheriff's office, has completed, and the county executive has transmitted, the report establishing the level of police service in unincorporated King County outlined in Ordinance 14797, Sections 13 and 16;

      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

      The report entitled Police Services for Unincorporated King County is hereby approved and adopted.
