STATEMENT OF FACTS:

For the lease from RNT 750 LLC, located at 750 West Perimeter Road, Renton, within council district five, the facilities management division determined that there was not an appropriate county-owned option and successfully negotiated to lease space.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The executive is authorized to execute an amendment to an existing lease for the property located at 750 West Perimeter Road, Renton, with RNT 750 LLC,

substantially in the form of Attachment A to this ordinance, and to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the lease.
