A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the construction and demolition materials flow control analysis and enforcement report as required by the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19861, Section 109, Proviso P1

WHEREAS, the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19861, Section 109, Proviso P1, the King County council adopted and the executive approved a proviso encumbering $500,000 from the solid waste operating fund and requiring a construction and demolition materials flow control analysis and enforcement report and a motion acknowledging receipt of said report, and
WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted to the council the requested report entitled Construction and Demolition Materials Flow Control Analysis and Enforcement Report along with a motion acknowledging the receipt thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The King County council hereby acknowledges receipt of the Construction and
Demolition Materials Flow Control Analysis and Enforcement Report, Attachment A to this motion, as required by Ordinance 19861, Section 109, Proviso P1.
