      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 17 representing employees in the department of public health and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from August 19, 2002, through and including December 31, 2004.
