A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Capt. Carl Cole, who represents the law enforcement community with experience working with homeless encampments, to the King County citizens' advisory commission on homeless encampments.

WHEREAS, the metropolitan King County council created the King County citizens' advisory commission on homeless encampments to examine the need for homeless encampments, policies and procedures for determining the location of future encampments and options for locating encampments on both public and private land;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The county executive's appointment of Capt. Carl Cole, who represents the law enforcement community with experience working with homeless encampments, to the
King County citizens' advisory commission on homeless encampments is hereby confirmed.
