AN ORDINANCE authorizing open space land acquisition projects funded by conservation futures funds to King County, the city of Seattle and suburban cities; appropriating conservation futures funds to the projects; and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Section 119 and Attachment 2, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $6,545,000 from unappropriated conservation futures funds to King County, the city of Seattle and suburban cities for the purchase of fee simple and conservation easement interests in parcels of land.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 14265, Section 119, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

SECTION 3. Ordinance 14265, Section 119, Attachment 2, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the specific capital improvement projects in Attachment A to this ordinance.
SECTION 4. The attached resource book pages, Attachment B to this ordinance, are hereby adopted.
