      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate the findings and conclusions contained in the February 4, 2004, report and decision by the hearing examiner and adopts as the decision of the council the decision by the hearing examiner to approve the transfer of twenty density credits and to grant the application for preliminary approval, subject to the conditions recommended by the examiner, of the proposed seventy-lot revised plat of Evendell, received October 1, 2003, in department of development and environmental services file no. L01P0016.
      SECTION 2.  The appeal of the February 4, 2004, decision of the hearing examiner by Citizens for a Responsible Evendell ("C.A.R.E.") is denied.
