      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  The September 2006 public transportation service improvements for King County, substantially in the form attached to this ordinance, are hereby approved.

      SECTION 2.  These transportation service improvements are programmed to be implemented effective September 23, 2006.
