A MOTION authorizing the Chair to enter into a professional services agreement with Inslee, Best, Doezie & Ryder, P.S. for legal consulting services.
Body
WHEREAS, the King County Flood Control Zone District ("the District") has determined it is in the best interest of the District to hire a consultant to provide legal consultant services, and
WHEREAS, the District issued a request for proposals for legal consultant services, and
WHEREAS, District staff reviewed the submittals provided by consultants that responded to the request for proposals, and
WHEREAS, the District desires to enter into a professional services agreement with Inslee, Best, Doezie & Ryder, P.S. to provide legal consulting services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The Chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is
authorized to enter into the Contract for Professional Services, Attachment A to this motion.
