A MOTION authorizing the Chair to enter into the first amendment to the contract for legal consulting services.
Body
WHEREAS, by Motion FCD25-04, the King County Flood Control Zone District ("the District") authorized the Chair of the District to enter into an agreement for legal consulting services with Inslee, Best, Doezie & Ryder, P.S. in 2025, and
WHEREAS, the District desires to enter into the first amendment to the contract for legal consulting services, and
WHEREAS, the District has determined it is in the best interest of the District to approve the first amendment to the contract for legal consulting services as set forth in Attachment A to this Motion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The Chair of the King County Flood Control Zone District is
authorized to enter into the First Amendment to the Contract for Legal Consulting Services King County Flood Control Zone District, Attachment A to this motion.
