BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and King County Court Protection Guild (Court Protection - County Marshals) representing employees in the King County sheriff's office and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2011, through and including December 31, 2011.
