AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $7,640,000 to various operating and capital funds to cover fund transfers and construction costs of providing seismic and life safety upgrades, enhancements to lobby security, more efficient vertical transportation, and elimination of deferred maintenance in lobby areas in the King County Courthouse building; and amending the 2003 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14517, Sections 39 and118 and Attachment B, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 14517, Section 39, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting the following:
CX TRANSFERS - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
CX transfers $900,000
SECTION 2. Ordinance 14517, Section 118, as amended, is herby amended by adding thereto and inserting the following:
From several capital improvement project funds there is hereby appropriated and authorized to be disbursed the following amounts for the specific projects identified in Attachment I to this ordinance.
