                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The settlement agreement negotiated by and between King County and King County Corrections Guild (Department of Adult & Juvenile Detention) representing Corrections Officers and Sergeants, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective following full ratification by the council.
