                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Memorandum of Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Service Employees International Union, Local 925, representing employees in the Department of Public Defense, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective

prospective following the enactment of the council ordinance through and including the date which all terms have been implemented, as determined by the department.
