A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the northeast recycling and transfer station cost and operational analysis as required by the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 132, Proviso P4, as amended by Ordinance 20086, Section 101.

WHEREAS, the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 132, Proviso P4, as amended by Ordinance 20086, Section 101, requires the executive to transmit a northeast recycling and transfer station cost and operational analysis and a motion acknowledging receipt of the northeast recycling and transfer station cost and operational analysis, and
WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted to the council the requested analysis entitled Northeast Recycling and Transfer Station Cost and Operational Analysis along with a motion acknowledging the receipt thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The King County council hereby acknowledges receipt of the Northeast Recycling and Transfer Station Cost and Operational Analysis, Attachment A to this
motion, as required by Ordinance 20023, Section 132, Proviso P4, as amended by Ordinance 20086, Section 101.
