BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated February 2, 2000, to approve, subject to conditions, the application for current use assessment for timberland submitted by Wendell and Kelly Verduin, for property located between Duvall and Carnation, and approximately two miles southwest of Lake Joy, designated department of natural resources, natural resources division, file No. E99CT010, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
