Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to no shooting areas, establishing a no shooting area within the Vincent voting precinct, and adding a new section to K.C.C. chapter 12.68.

Body

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      NEW SECTION.  SECTION 1.  There is hereby added to K.C.C. chapter 12.68 a new section to read as follows:

      The shooting of firearms is prohibited and a no shooting area is established within

the Vincent voting precinct.  The area is in Township 25 North, Range 7 East, W.M. and is comprised of sections 17 and 18 and the south 1/3 of sections 7 and 8.
