A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Harbor Island Studio Assessment Report required by the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 20, Proviso P1.

WHEREAS, the 2026-2027 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 20023, Section 20, Proviso P1, requires the executive to transmit a Harbor Island Studio Assessment report, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 20023, Section 20, Proviso P1, further requires the executive to submit a motion that acknowledges receipt of the Harbor Island Studio Assessment report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The receipt of the Harbor Island Studio Assessment report, which is Attachment
A to this motion, in compliance with Ordinance 20023, Section 20, Proviso P1, is hereby acknowledged.
