AN ORDINANCE making supplemental appropriations from various capital funds; amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Section 119 and Attachment 2, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 14265, Section 119, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - From several capital improvement project funds there is hereby appropriated and authorized the following amounts for the specific projects identified in Attachment A to this ordinance:

PROVIDED THAT:
Of the appropriation for CIP project D12278 in fund 3346 for E-Commerce pilots, $50,000 shall only be expended if the District Court participates in the E-Commerce pilot project for payment of District Court fines.
SECTION 2. Attachment A to this ordinance hereby amends Attachment 2 to Ordinance 14265, as amended, by adding capital projects to those listed in Attachment 2 to Ordinance 14265, as amended.
