AN ORDINANCE appropriating $289,127 to Project #316355 Moss Lake Park and disappropriating $289,127 from Project #316997 Ravensdale Ballfield Lighting; and amending the 1999 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 13340, Section 119, Attachment 3 and Section 121, Attachment 5, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $289,127 to project #316355 Moss Lake Park and a corresponding disappropriation of $289,127 from project #316997 Ravensdale Ballfield Lighting. Current funding for the design and development of the Moss Lake Park project is insufficient due to additional permitting requirements. Development at Moss Lake Park will include construction of an entry road, pedestrian access, parking lot, and restroom. Funds for the Ravensdale Ballfield Lighting project, which has been delayed due to water supply restrictions, will be reallocated to the Moss Lake Park project.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 13340, Section 119, Attachment 3, as amended, is hereby amended by inserting therein the following:
