Title
AN ORDINANCE consolidating funds relating to behavioral health; amending Ordinance 17752, Section 18, and K.C.C. 4A.200.427 and Ordinance 17752, Section 18, as amended, and K.C.C. 4A.200.427, adding a new section to K.C.C. chapter 4A.200, recodifying K.C.C. 4A.200.427 and repealing Ordinance 13326, Section 3, as amended, and K.C.C. 4A.200.120.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Sections 2 and 5 of this ordinance take effect June 30, 2016.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 13326, Section 3, as amended, and K.C.C. 4A.200.120 are each hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. K.C.C. 4A.200.427, as amended by this ordinance, is hereby recodified as a new section in K.C.C. chapter 4A.200.
SECTION 4. Ordinance 17752, Section 18, and K.C.C. 4A.200.427 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
A. There is hereby created the ((mental)) behavioral health fund.
B. The fund shall be a first tier fund. It is a special revenue fund.
C. The director of the department of community and human services shall be the manager of the fund.
D. Except for revenues for alcohol and substance abuse services, ((T))the fund shall be used to collect revenue from federal, state and other funding sources and to expend funds for ((mental)) behavioral health treatment and services and related administration.
SECTION 5. Ordinance 17752, Section 18, as amended, and K.C.C. 4A.200.427 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
