AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $3,277,700 to the public transportation construction fund for the central substation relocation project; reducing the current appropriation of the public transportation fund by $2,303,598 for projects approved prior to 2002; and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Section 119 and Attachment 2, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $3,277,700 to the public transportation construction fund 3641 for the purpose of completing the central substation relocation.
SECTION 2. There is hereby approved and adopted a reduction of $2,303,598 from the public transportation construction fund 3641 for projects previously adopted.
SECTION 3. Ordinance 14265, Section 119, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - From the several capital improvement project funds there is hereby appropriated and authorized to be disbursed the following:
