Title
A MOTION relating to repealing the requirement of the executive to transmit to the council updates on allocations and award allocations from the King County homeless housing and services funds, and rescinding motion 12566.
Body
WHEREAS, the council adopted Motion 12566 to approve the updated policies and procedures to guide allocations and awards from the King County homelessness housing and services fund on August 22, 2007, and
WHEREAS, the council also requested in Motion 12566 that the executive provide updates on allocations and awards from the King County homelessness housing and services fund every two years, and
WHEREAS, the council adopted Ordinance 19359 in 2021 which requires the department of community and human services to report housing-related procurement processes information, including the information requested in Motion 12566, to the
council annually in memo form as a part of a system evaluation dashboard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
Motion 12566 is hereby rescinded.
