Title
A MOTION acknowledging the receipt of the Vanpool Program Update report in compliance with the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19861, Section 115, Proviso P4.
Body
WHEREAS, the 2025 Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19861, Section 115, Proviso P4, states that $50,000 of the moneys appropriated from the public transportation operating fund shall not be expended or encumbered until the executive transmits a vanpool update report and a motion acknowledging receipt of the report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The council hereby acknowledges receipt of the vanpool update report,
Attachment A to this motion, as required by Ordinance 19861, Section 115, Proviso P4.
