                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the King County Police Officers Guild, representing commissioned deputies and sergeants in the King County sheriff's office, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on January 1, 2025, through and including December 31, 2027.
