Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to repeal of the local option motor vehicle excise tax authorized by RCW 35.58.273; and repealing Metro Resolution 1748, as amended, and Metro Resolution 5635.

Body

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle (Metro) Resolution 1748, as amended by Metro Resolutions 1890, 2114 and 5188, and Metro Resolution 5635 are

hereby repealed.

      SECTION 2.  This ordinance applies retroactively to January 1, 2000.
