A RESOLUTION amending the rules and operating procedures of the King County Flood Control Zone District to change the regular meeting time of the District board and executive committee; and amending FCD2020-09, Attachment A, as amended.

WHEREAS, the board of supervisors of the King County Flood Control District ("the District") desires to amend its rules and operating procedures to change the regular meeting times of the District board and executive committee and to change the rules relating to telephonic meeting participation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE KING COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT:
SECTION 1. The rules and operating procedures of the King County Flood Control Zone District, as amended by Attachment A to this resolution, which amends
Sections 2.E; 6.A and 6.B; and Sections 9.A, 9.C., and 9.D of the rules and operating procedures, are adopted.
