AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation of $350,000 to the risk abatement fund for the purpose of paying preliminary litigation and administrative costs related to the Dolan lawsuit; amending the 2006 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15333, Sections 36 and 40, as amended, and adding a new section to Ordinance 15333.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted an appropriation of $350,000 to the risk abatement/dolan fund from the current expense fund for the purpose of paying preliminary litigation and administrative costs related to the Dolan lawsuit.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 15333, Section 36, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
EXECUTIVE CONTINGENCY - From the current expense fund there is hereby disappropriated from:
Executive contingency ($350,000)
SECTION 3. Ordinance 15333, Section 40, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
GENERAL GOVERNMENT CX TRANSFERS - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
General government CX transfers $350,000
NEW SECTION. SECTION 4. There is hereby added to Ordinance 15333, as amended, a new section to read as follows
OMB/DOLAN LAWSUIT ADMIN - From the risk abatement/Dolan fund there is
