AN ORDINANCE relating to exempting gifts, bequests and donations to the county of two thousand dollars or less from requiring a motion for acceptance; and amending Ordinance 1168, Section 1, and K.C.C. 2.80.010.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 1168, Section 1, and K.C.C. 2.80.010 are each hereby amended to read as follows:

      Gifts, bequests and donations, of more than two thousand dollars, shall be accepted

on behalf of King County by motion of the county council.
