      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 2595 (Paramedics, Emergency Medical Services - Department of Public Health) representing employees in the department of public health and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2004, through and including December 31, 2006.
