Council President Pro Tem McIrvin moved approval of the November 19, 2025 meeting
minutes. There being no objections, the minutes were approved.

General Manager's Report
Michelle Allison, General Manager, Metro Transit Department, briefed the committee
on growth, safety, battery-electric buses, emergency response, service increase,
cleanliness, World Cup service, and Super Bowl parade service.
