In accordance with KCC 2.42.030, Chair Upthegrove announced that two at-large  
members of the Harborview Board of Trustees will see their terms expire at the end of  
July. The two at large board members are Dr. Jonathan Kil and Eileen Cody. As per  
the code, Dr. Kil, having served the maximum allowable terms, is ineligible for  
reappointment.  
Ms. Cody has expressed interest in seeking reappointment, and her name will be  
forwarded to the executive for consideration. Furthermore, colleagues are invited to  
propose candidates for either or both at-large positions to be considered by the  
executive. Candidates' names and supporting application materials should be  
submitted to the office by email before the close of business on May 28th. Application  
materials were distributed to respective offices via email at 11:02 am on May 1st. It is  
requested that the position for which each nomination is intended be specified in the  
correspondence.  
The names of candidates, along with their application materials, will be disclosed  
during the June 4 Council meeting. Subsequently, these nominations and application  
materials will be transmitted to the executive for consideration.
