Mr. von Reichbauer moved to approve the minutes of the November 4, 2002 meeting without reading. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.
 
 
 
 
2. Reports on Special and Outside Committees
 
 
 
 
Mr. Irons reported on his attendance at the November 4 meeting of the Greater Maple Valley Unincorporated Area Council. He indicated the main item of discussion was a new million gallon water tank that the Cedar River Water and Sewer District is planning on building near Websters Lake. The discussion was very informative.

Ms. Lambert briefed the Council on the Snoqualmie Watershed Forum and indicated one of the issues discussed was the importance of stream migration and how it is clearly defined. The Forum will begin some of its projects in 2005.

Mr. McKenna moved to direct the clerk to make grammatical corrections to Striking Amendment S1, on page 48, after 'reflect', delete 'the', to change 'expenditure' to 'expenditures', and after 'concessionaire', delete 'of' and insert 'for'. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

Mr. Phillips moved to direct the clerk to make a grammatical correction to Striking Amendment S1, on page 1, line 17, after 'recession' and before 'erosion', to insert 'and'. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.
