AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the collective bargaining agreement and five
memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Washington State
Council of County and City Employees, Council 2, Local 2084SC-S (Superior Court
Supervisors - Wages Only) representing employees in the superior court and establishing the
effective date of said agreement.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating $81,331 from the current expense fund salary and wage
contingency, to the superior court implementing the collective bargaining agreement

Only); and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Sections 30 and 37, as
amended.
