Call to Order
The meeting of the Transportation Committee was called to order at 1:04 p.m. by Chair Pelz.

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of September 18 and December 11, 2002 meeting were held.
Discussion and Possible Action

Proposed Ordinance No. 2001-0374 Mr. von Reichbauer and Ms. Sullivan
AN ORDINANCE vacating of a portion of Southwest 152nd Street. File V-2398;
Petitioner Mark Gralia; and amending Ordinance 13986, Section 1.
Paul Carlson, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on Proposed Ordinance 2001-0374. This matter
passed subject to signatures.
A motion was made that this matter be Recommended Do Pass Consent. The motion carried by
the following vote:

Yes: 4 - Mr. Pelz, Mr. McKenna, Ms. Edmonds and Mr. Irons
No: 0
Excused: 3 - Ms. Lambert, Mr. Gossett and Ms. Patterson

Doug Hodson, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on the Analysis of Potential Transportation
Concurrency Measures. Richard Warren, Principal Transportation Planner and Jennifer Lindwall,
CIP Manager, King County Road Services Division were present to brief and answer questions from
the Committee.
