Mr. von Reichbauer praised Mr. Martinez and his wife Holli for their many contributions and
involvement in the community. The Chair and Mr. von Reichbauer presented the recognition to Mr. Martinez. Mr. Martinez thanked the Council. Mr. von Reichbauer also thanked Clyde MacIver, Mariners Executive Vice President of Legal and Governmental Affairs/General Counsel and Sean Grindley, Mariners Community Programs Manager for their involvement with this recognition. |

Mr. Phillips announced the completion of the Snoqualmie Preservation Initiative. This goal was
achieved through the efforts of King County and Cascade Land Conservancy and Quadrant Homes. A celebration took place last week. Mr. Phillips announced that King County purchased the development rights to the Snoqualmie Tree Farm, known as the Snoqualmie Forest, from Hancock Timber Resources. |
