Call to Order  
The meeting was called to order at 10:01 a.m.

Approval of Minutes of July 21, 2025  
Councilmember Barón moved to approve the minutes of the July 21, 2025, meeting as  
presented. Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.  
Election of Chair and Vice-Chair  
Councilmember Rubardt made a motion to nominate Executive Zahilay as chair of the  
Forecast Council. The motion carried.  
Councilmember Barón made a motion to nominate Councilmember Dembowski as  
vice-chair of the Council. The motion carried.  
Discussion and Possible Action

A RESOLUTION adopting the 2026 economic and revenue forecast for King County.  
Lizbeth Martin-Mahar, Chief Economist briefed the Council and answered questions.  
Councilmember Barón made a motion to amend Attachment A to include the impact of  
ESSB 6346. The motion carried.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Barón that this KCFC Resolution be  
Passed as Amended. The motion failed

Lizbeth Martin-Mahar briefed the Council and answered questions.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Dembowski that this KCFC Resolution
