2. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0368 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of one or more series of limited tax general
obligation bonds of the county in an outstanding aggregate principal amount not to exceed
$42,500,000 to finance or reimburse the county for capital acquisition, improvement and major
maintenance projects; providing for the public sale of the bonds and the disposition of the
proceeds of sale; establishing funds for the receipt and expenditure of bond proceeds and for the
payment of the bonds; and providing for the annual levy of taxes to pay the principal thereof
and interest thereon.

3. Proposed Motion No. 2002-0369 Mr. Phillips
A MOTION of the county accepting bids for the purchase of the county's Limited Tax General
Obligation Bonds (Various Purpose), 2002, in the aggregate principal amount of $__________;
fixing the interest rates and other terms of such Bonds, all in accordance with Ordinance
__________ of the County.

4. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0370 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE augmenting and revising the projects that are authorized to be financed, on a
long-term basis, by one or more series of limited tax general obligation bonds of the county in
an outstanding aggregate principal amount not to exceed $125,000,000, and pending the sale of
such bonds, on an interim basis, by one or more series of limited tax general obligation bond
anticipation notes of the county in an outstanding aggregate principal amount not to exceed
$125,000,000, as previously authorized by Ordinance 14167; and amending Ordinance 14167,
Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 12.

A MOTION of the county accepting bids for the purchase of the county's Limited Tax General
Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes, 2002, in the aggregate principal amount of __________;
fixing the interest rates and other terms of such Notes, all in accordance with Ordinance 14167
of the County.

AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $300,000 to the airport construction
fund to provide the appropriate level of funding necessary to complete the runway overlay
project; and amending the 2002 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 14265, Section 119 and
Attachment 2, as amended.

7. Proposed Ordinance No. 2002-0431 Mr. Phillips
AN ORDINANCE approving a lease by the county of approximately one hundred fifty-six
thousand eight hundred square feet of office space and related parking in a building at 401
Broadway in Seattle to be used by Harborview Medical Center, authorizing the county
executive to execute the lease, and approving certain provisions of the plan to be used by the
owner to finance construction of the 401 Broadway building.
