Councilmember Barón moved approval of the minutes from the February 25, 2026  
meeting minutes. There being no objections, the minutes were approved.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the King County executive to enter into an agreement with the Washington  
state Department of Commerce Public Works Board for loan financing for a wastewater capital project.

Mac Nicholson, Director, Government Relations, King County Council, briefed the  
committee via a PowerPoint presentation and answered questions from the members.  
Aaron Rubardt, Chief Budget Officer, King County Office of the Executive, also  
addressed the committee and answered questions from the members.

Woodinville, Washington, in council district three.  
Nick Bowman, Council staff, briefed the members and answered questions from the

Councilmember Perry moved Amendment 1. The Amendment was adopted.  
A motion was made by Councilmember Perry that this Ordinance be  
Recommended Do Pass Substitute Consent. The motion carried by the
