Supervisor Balducci moved to approve the minutes of the March 11, 2025, meeting as

Steven Schauer, District Deputy Executive Director, briefed the Board and answered  
questions.  
Supervisor Quinn moved Striking Amendment S1. The motion carried.  
A motion was made by Supervisor Quinn that this FCD Resolution be Passed  
as Amended. The motion carried by the following vote:
