The meeting was called to order at 1:37 p.m.

Flag Salute and Pledge of Allegiance
Mr. Phillips led the flag salute and Pledge of Allegiance.
 
Approval of Minutes of December 16, 2002

Mr. Phillips moved to approve the minutes of the December 16, 2002 meeting without reading.
Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

Plat Tracing

Mystery Meadows -- Council District 12
Mr. Phillips moved to adopt the DDES finding of fact that the final plat of Mystery Meadows
complies with the conditions of preliminary plat approval and other applicable laws, and that the
Chair is authorized to signify Council approval by signing the final plat at the end of the meeting.
Seeing no objection, the Chair so ordered.

Proposed Motion No. 2002-0456 Mr. Constantine
A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of John Browne, who resides in King
County council district eight, to the King County noxious weed control board, representing
weed district three.

Proposed Motion No. 2002-0532 Mr. Constantine
A MOTION confirming the executive's reappointment of Patricia McInturff, who was
nominated by King County councilmember Dow Constantine, and who resides in council
district eight, to the Harborview Medical Center board of trustees.

Proposed Motion No. 2002-0549 Mr. Pullen
A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Laura Blankinship, who resides in
council district nine, to the King County board for developmental disabilites.
