Doug Hodson, Council Staff, briefed the Committee on Proposed Ordinance 2004-0200. Victor
Obeso, Supervisor of Service Planning and Jack Lattemann, Transit Planner, Transit Division were present to brief and answer questions from the members. There was an amendment to Revised Attachment, adopted, vote was 3-0-4 with Councilmembers Hague, Patterson, Irons and Gossett excused. This matter passed out of committee subject to signatures. |

Dougherty, Division Director, Road Services Division and Dennis McMahon, Senior Deputy, Civil Division, Prosecutor Attorney office were present to brief and answer questions from the members. There were a Technical amendment and Title amendment adopted, vote was 3-0-4 with Councilmembers Hague, Patterson, Irons and Gossett excused.
