Approval of Minutes  
Vice Chair de Michele moved approval of the May 21, 2025 meeting minutes. Seeing  
no objections, the minutes were approved.

Chair's Report  
Chair Barón congratulated Councilmember Neal Black from the City of Kirkland who  
has moved from an alternate position to a member of the committee. And he  
welcomed Councilmember Tracy Taylor from the City of Auburn as an alternate  
member on the committee. Councilmembers Black and Taylor provided remarks. The  
Chair also noted his interest in today's briefing.

General Manager's Report  
Michelle Allison, General Manager, King County Metro Transit Department, wished  
everyone a Happy Ride Transit Month and Happy Pride Month. She provided  
remarks on Metro fully resuming fare enforcement and gave an update on operator  
safety partitions. She also answered questions from the members.
