A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Ken Konigsmark, who resides in
council district twelve, to the King County conservation futures citizen oversight committee,
serving in an "at-large" position.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an interlocal agreement between King
County and the city of Covington for transfer to the city of Tahoma pool.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an interlocal agreement between King

AN ORDINANCE approving a franchise for the Suver-Simonson Community Water System to

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the executive to enter into an agreement with the state Public

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county executive to extend the interlocal agreement with the
city of Sammamish relating to the processing of building permits and land use applications by
King County's department of development and environmental services; and process the
shoreline substantial development permit required to construct the portion of the East Lake
Sammamish Interim Trail located within Sammamish city limits.
