A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Scott Wallace, who resides in council
district eleven, to the King County Harborview Medical Center board of trustees.

3. Proposed Motion No. 2003-0451 Mr. von Reichbauer and Ms. Sullivan
A MOTION confirming the executive's appointment of Lee Ann Prielipp, who resides in
council district seven, to the King County Harborview Medical Center board of trustees.

4. Proposed Motion No. 2003-0445 Mr. Gossett
A MOTION authorizing the executive to accept a donation of the reimbursement of all
associated attendance costs from the National Sheriffs' Association for the sheriff's office
personnel attendance at a National Sheriffs' Association conference.

5. Proposed Motion No. 2003-0443 Mr. Gossett
A MOTION authorizing King County superior court to accept the donation of a piece of
artwork from Mr. Gideon Oyeleke, to be displayed at the juvenile court facility; the estimated
value of this donation is three thousand dollars.

6. Proposed Motion No. 2003-0442 Mr. Gossett
A MOTION authorizing the county executive to enter into an interlocal agreement with
Albertson's, to provide a police substation facility in the Renton area.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the county executive to enter into interlocal agreements with
existing contract cities relating to the continued provision of local district court services.
